Application Checklist
Before you fill out the application form, do the following:
- Ask a teacher/counselor to submit the “Teacher Recommendation Form” (listed below)
- Record a 2-3 minute self-introduction video. Upload the video to Google Drive, Youtube or Vimeo and submit the link to your video in the application form. In your video, include the following info：
- explain why you want to participate in the STARTALK program and what you expect to gain from this experience
- what are your thoughts or experiences about learning a foreign language and culture?
- Prepare an unofficial transcript to be uploaded in the application form.
Application deadline: Sunday, 4/25, 11:59 PM (EST)
Notification of Acceptance: Monday, 5/3
