Program Information
We will enroll 20 students nationwide with 4 students in each class.
- Three classes will start at 10 AM (EST)
- Two classes will start at 10 AM (PST).
Program Overview
Date: July 6 – July 30, 2021
Location: Virtual, daily synchronous instructions
Day/Time: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (EST/PST)
Eligibility: Rising 9-12th grades who have no or little prior experience in Chinese.

Admission Requirements
Students are expected to:
- Attend daily class, complete assignments, and participate in all program activities
- Have access to a computer, microphone, and webcam
- Have a stable internet connection and turn on the camera at all times during class
Certificate of Excellence
Students will receive a Certificate of Excellence upon successful completion of the program. The certificate demonstrates that you have fulfilled the program requirements: daily attendance, full participation, and completion of daily assignments. Most importantly, it demonstrates your Chinese linguistic and cultural competence and progress over the course of the program.
